Questions

Does Palavado replace our trainers?
No. Trainers design the drills and set the standard. Palavado lets that training happen in hours when a trainer can’t be on court — and gives trainers insight into what players practised.
Is Palavado available now?
Palavado is in development. We are currently recruiting a small number of pilot clubs to test it on real courts before a wider launch.
What hardware is needed?
A programmable ball machine, cameras around the court and a court-side screen. The final configuration is being developed with hardware partners during the pilot.
What does it cost?
Pilot terms are agreed individually. Commercial pricing will be based on what we learn from pilot clubs.
Do players need to install anything?
Players choose and book trainings through the Palavado app or your existing booking flow — details are part of the pilot.
What about privacy and camera footage?
Privacy is designed in from the start: players know when they are being analysed, and footage is used only for training feedback. We comply with GDPR.
